Munich, Germany – October 6 2008: BMW Welt
The Head-Up display presents important information directly in the driver’s viewing field. A unit in the dashboard projects the data onto the windscreen as a clear, easy-to-read image, adjusted for ambient light conditions, with a focal point just above the bonnet.
BMW Welt is a multi-functional customer experience and exhibition facility of the BMW Group, located near the BMW Headquarters in Munich. It was designed with an 800 KWatt solar plant on its roof by architects Coop Himmelb(l)au.
