Suckrss aggregates personal RSS feeds provided by social networks and automatically repost new content of mine to this meta-blog via xml-rpc calls. Enclosures links are replaced so that you never need to leave the website (photos and videos are overlayed when you click on them); duplicate posts are discarded; a map and a (reverse geocoded) place name are always provided for georeferenced objects.
Yes, there are tens of lifestreaming services out there.. but I wanted to write one from scratch for my own customization needs and that was able to use the popular Wordpress blogging software as web frontend.
